These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for shipping back to you if you return an item with a discount over 20%.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we do not process exchanges. Rather, you may return your item for a refund then place a new order online. If your original order included a discount, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can honor that discount for your new order.
We do not do price adjustments or issue partial refunds of the purchase price of an item that goes on sale at a lower price.
If you received defective merchandise, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the defect within 2 business days.

Undeliverable orders due to error on your part may be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost to you. If you opt for a refund, your refund will not include the original shipping cost.
